Terms and Conditions of Sale

1. Purpose

These Terms and Conditions of Sale govern all sales of BAGNO Paris products made on bagno-paris.com.

Any order implies acceptance of these Terms without reservation.

2. Products

BAGNO Paris offers a range of high-end swimwear for women. Products are described as accurately as possible. However, photographs are not contractual.

3. Prices

Prices are indicated in euros (EUR), all taxes included, excluding shipping costs.

Free shipping for orders over €50.

4. Payment

Payment is made by credit card via our secure payment provider Stripe.

Accepted cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay/Google Pay

5. Delivery

Deliveries are handled by La Poste Colissimo in mainland France.

Delivery times: 2-4 business days (France), 5-7 business days (EU)

6. Right of Withdrawal

You have 14 days from receipt to exercise your right of withdrawal. Products must be returned in original packaging, unworn.

For hygiene reasons, swimwear with removed protective liner cannot be returned.
